The Pasque Flower is a traditional Estonian lace motif, here it is used as an intricate border on a triangular shawl ending with romantic ruffles. Purple sample shawl is knitted in Malabrigo Lace 100% merino, 470 yd/430 m per 50g skein it used 52 grams knitted on 3.5 mm (US 4) circular needle. The Zig‑Zag chart was worked one time, the Flower chart was worked one time and the Ruffles chart was knitted until and including row 137. Blocked size is 125 x 55 cm (49 x 22 inches)
