Rows 135 AND 147. Second / Middle diamond.
Chart reads : k3, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, k2, k2tog
To maintain the symmetry (and the stitch-count), chart should read : k3, k2tog, yo, k1, yo, ssk, k1, k2tog

Row 421, first diamond (from the right) : Row lacks the final k2tog.

A small error on row 69, left diamond. In the middle of the diamond, there’s a yarn over that’s missing a SSK next to it.
