Babies and stripes: we can never seem to get enough of either! (Or of this buttery-soft cotton, or of this dreamy color palette, or the simple pleasures of a basic pattern, or…) We designed this pattern to include some of our favorite attributes when it comes to knitting for kids: worsted weight, machine-washable, earth-friendly cotton, top-down, seamless construction–the hardest part will be picking out colors!

This sweater was designed for one of our favorite styles of all time–the Breton stripe tee, popularized by Coco Chanel, Pablo Picasso, and of course, Brigitte Bardot.
