Pip is a huggable toy bunny. This bunny is worked flat, and to minimise seaming the head, legs and body are all worked in one piece. This knitting pattern also includes two sweaters for bunny to wear; one with stripes and one with a heart motif. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the bunny and sweater are knitted in on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 4mm single pointed knitting needles (US 6)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Aran weight/worsted/10 ply yarn for the bunny in a wool blend = Patons Wool Blend Aran. Double knitting/light worsted weight/8 ply yarn for the sweaters in 100% acrylic = Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK. Up to 50g in each colour used.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, beads for eyes and stitch markers.

SIZES
One size only - 25cm tall (including the ears).

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish. The sweaters incorporate knitted stripes, backward loop cast on, and intarsia to work the heart motif.
