The Quickie Socks are amazingly quick to knit and fun. If you want the satisfaction of knitting a pair of socks and don’t have a lot of time these are great socks to knit for yourself or as a gift.

They are fully adjustable so you can customize the length of the foot to match your needs.
A great knit to take with you on a trip or to have as your bag knitting.

Enjoy.

Things you will need
2.25 (1 US), or size to obtain gauge, circular needles with at least 40 inch/100 cm cable for magic loop. I use 2 pairs of needles to separate the socks for the gusset work, then put them back onto one needle for magic loop.
(Note: if you prefer double pointed needles feel free to use them, but these instructions are written for magic loop so you will need to adjust)
Scissors
Tapestry needle (to weave in the ends)
3 stitch markers
Yarn
One 100 gram/3.5 oz skein of fingering weight yarn. Sample used 45.1 grams/1.59 oz.

Finished foot circumference: 18, 19, 20.5, 21.5, 23, 24 cm/ 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5”
