Raindrops in Spring is the perfect accessory for your summer outfits. This shawl only takes one skein of the beautiful Madelief, a 100% hand dyed silk. The shawl is worked top down in a pretty lace pattern and uses beads in the border, just like raindrops in spring.

Materials
Yarn:
436 yds/400 m fingering weight yarn.
Sample is shown in Dutch Knitting Design’s Madelief. (436 yds/400 m per 100gr) Colourway; Lucy in the Sky
Needles: 1 US 5/3.75mm circular of length 40 in/120 cm.
Hooks: 0.6mm or 0.75mm crochet hook for slipping beads onto sts.
Beads: 252 Miyuki seed beads size 6/0 colour: 06-1025

Gauge
20 sts and 28 rows = 4 in /10 cm in pattern stitch after blocking.

Sizes
Directions are given for 1 size: 63 in/ 160 cm long and 15 in/38 cm deep in the center.
