With an element of texture and gradient or striping yarn, color combinations for this wrap are endless. While the sample is knit using worsted weight FAR by Woolfolk, the pattern may be altered for any yarn by adjusting the yardage and needle size.

Skill Level:
Beginner. Knit, purl, long-tail cast-on, loose bind-off.

Yarn:
Approximately 994 yards (910 meters) worsted weight yarn.
Cover sample shown using: 7 skeins Woolfolk FAR (100% merino; 142 yards 130 meters per 50 g). 2 skeins #11 (color A), 2 skeins #16 (color B), 2 skein #11 (color C), 1 skein #09 (color D)

Needles:
US 9 (6 mm).
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.

Gauge:
14 - 15 stitches by 18 row = 4” (10 cm) in seed stitch after blocking. Gauge is not crucial for this wrap; create a fabric that you like.

Size:
Approximately 16 in 40.6 cm wide by 80 in 203 cm for long. Length and width are easily adjusted.

Construction:
Flat.
