The throw is knitted in two pieces on two needles then sewn together down the centre to form one piece. The width of each piece is 45cm and length 135cm with a 5cm wide edging added all round. If you prefer to use a circular needle and knit it one piece that is also possible. The pattern is in charts starting with chart one at the bottom edge of the throw and working up through 4 charts in total for one side. Intarsia and stranded techniques are required throughout.
