These cables look much more complex than they are! Inspired by a cable pattern in Norah Gaughan’s Knitted Cable Source Book, the interconnected cables are knit into a rectangle and the live stitches are then partially seamed to one side to form a funnel shaped cowl. Because the cable fabric is reversible, it looks nice where the collar folds open too.
