A lightweight cardigan knit in soothing stockinette with garter rib trim and cozy pockets. Short sleeves make it perfect for layering - it’s a great transitional piece. Sample calls for one button with a snap underneath but you can use as many buttons as you like. For best results, use a yarn with a nice drape - merino with silk and/or cashmere or superwash merinos are good choices.

Construction is the same basic simplified version of Barbara Walker’s top-down seamless simultaneous set-in sleeve construction used in Sun Rose but with short rows to shape the shoulder slopes. No seaming - not even for the pockets!

Modeled in size M1 with about an inch of positive ease.
