When temperatures drop, many of us are tempted to knit something up for our favorite male friend or family member. However, no matter how much we love them, or how much they appreciate and value a pair of hand knit socks, knitting socks for men comes with two inherent problems. Often, the feet of the man in question are much, much bigger than the feet of those knitting their socks, making them take forever. Also, said man is likely to want socks plain enough to render said knitter catatonic.

This sock is an excellent compromise; with just a small geometric motif down the leg and branching off onto the foot, all but the fussiest of men will wear them, and you’ll be kept entertained while you knit them!

Size small to fit foot circumference 9.5 inches, size large 10.5 inches.
