Here you will find my version of a crochet hook case. Since I have hooks from very thin to very thick I wanted to have one in which I can easily adjust the size of the pockets. This pattern is written more as a template instead of exact instructions since I figure my hooks and the yarn I used aren’t exactly the same as yours. Enjoy!
