For this pattern you need:

Yarn:
One 50g ball of sock weight yarn in three shades of Adriafil Calzasocks (shades A, B and C).

I used Lime 34 for shade A, Bottle Green 43 for shade B and Forest Green 40 for shade C.

Metres/Yardage:
approx. 210m/229yds per ball; 630m/687yds in total.

My Yarn Suggestions:
Adriafil Calzasocks or if you are in Skipton pop into my studio to see many other choices of gorgeous sock yarn.

Needles: Set of four double pointed 2.5mm knitting needles.

Tension: 28 stitches and 38 rows to 10cm/4ins square over rib pattern using 2.5mm needles.

Measurements: to fit UK size 4-6 (or desired foot length as highlighted in the pattern.)

My design ideas and advice: These were designed for a gentleman who requested a 2×2 rib sock. I love 2×2 rib so I was more than happy to oblige! I also made a design detail of the decrease between the heel and the instep. See the associated pictures on this page and on the pattern.
