This pattern is available for free.

For the shorter 6” version (suitable for Baby’s First Stocking!) worked only 3 repeats of lace pattern on leg and 3 repeats on instep. Ran a double-strand of thread through top ribbing behind ruffle to pull stocking in a bit. See Ruffled Lacy Baby Stocking project page for details.
