Groups of alternating stockinette & garter stitch wedges form arches, which then alternate their curves to the left & to the right. Pattern is repeated for length of scarf -- easily followed and falling into its own rhythm. This scarf was created using only one skein (220yds) of lucious, self-striping yarn with long colorways (Casablanca by Cascade Yarns). Any equivalent (or scraps!) could be easily substituted.
