Note: I’ve edited this listing to have two versions of this pattern. One is the original using Rowan Felted Tweed. The new, additional pattern is a slight re-working of this original so as to use Drops Alpaca yarn (held double).

This is a pattern designed to match up to my ‘envelope’ hat pattern, but works very well on its own.

Makes use of ‘cable fabric’ pattern to add shaping and interest to an otherwise simple fingerless mitten.

Takes less than one skein of rowan felted tweed DK to complete.

This pattern is to fit an average women’s hand. This assumes a measurement of 19cm when placing a tape measure around the hand below the knuckles. You may want to adjust the gauge to make a smaller or larger mitten.
