Alpaca-blend and single-spun yarns are two of my favorites to work with in crochet. Combine the two and a beautiful fabric results. So, I chose my favorite yarn for my personal crochet projects, Eco Duo, to work with in this design. To make the wheel stitch pattern sturdier, I used two strands held together and kept the overall design simple so the stitches become the focus. The texture of the center crossing pieces serves as the perfect complement to the warm, cozy look of the wrap.
