The back story: A true lover of the beach, I have collected many a sand dollar on the gulf coast of Florida. Having moved away from my beloved beaches of Florida, I now find the beach in my creative work. The white rounds represent the sand dollar, the blue round represents the ocean, and the tan round represents beach sand. The legend of the sand dollar states that the sand dollar represent peace and good will. Peace and good will to all who make it.
