Picture whitewashed buildings perched above the deep blues and greens of the Aegean Sea, and you’ll understand why this pillow is named for a Greek island. The front is worked in Tunisian simple stitch in squares at right angles in one piece; no joining is necessary. The back is rows of single crochet.

Technique photos and written instructions are included with the pattern.

You will need a Tunisian hook size H; you can use that for the back as well, or switch to a regular H hook. You will also need an 11-inch square pillow form, and a tapestry needle for weaving in the ends.
