This is basically a top-down, knit-in-the-round raglan design, so mods and personal changes are simple. You can easily alter the length by adding and subtracting whenever there is a given number of inches to knit, rather than rounds. The ribbed waist provides a flattering fit, while the short sleeves make this sweater perfect for those not-quite-freezing days.
