There is no doubt black and white, stripes, and a bit of whimsy are in this year! Going retro with a modern twist, this 1920s style top is easy to knit and full of style…with stripes and a shortbread cookie dog. From daytime shorts to evening and your favourite black skirt, this is a super cute and Summery top, a quick knit with a little bit of intarsia and touch of colour!

Finished Size 32 (34, 36, 38, 40, 42)” bust/chest circumference. Top shown in 36” with 2” of positive ease.

Yarn Cricket by, Anzula, DK/8 ply, 80% Merino, 10% Nylon, 10% Cashmere; 250yrds/114g: Charcoal (MC) 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 2) skein, Gravity (CC1) 1 (2, 2, 2, 2, 2) skeins , and One Red Shoe (CC2) 1 skein.

Needles Size 6 (4.0 mm): 24” circular (cir) or straight; Size 5 (3.75 mm): 24” circular (cir) and or dpns. Adjust needle sizes, if necessary, to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m), may be useful for intarsia; stitch holders or waste yarn; tapestry needle; 4 or 5 yarn bobbins.
