This skull-face can be used for doilies, or wall-hangings, or sew onto the back of your jacket, sweater, a purse. Use it for a blanket or attach a bunch together in a scarf. I made the first one a long time ago and posted it on Flickr, so I’m finally writing my version…. In this pattern you start with the eyes, which look like a pair of glasses. Then you move around them, form the nose, move around, and then attach the teeth at the bottom. You use minimal yarn, because if you make one with a “j” hook and worsted cotton, it is about the size of a cd case (remember those?).
