I like slipped stitches as they give an easy opportunity to do colour work as well as giving texture. This scarf highlights slipped stitches giving both colour play and a nice cushy fabric to keep yourself warm Knitted in a bulky weight, this is a relative fast project, even when it is a long scarf! The scarf was first made to test Fazed Tweed and its unusual construction. The yarn is bulky but much lighter than a normal bulky! The slipped stitch pattern does influence the gauge, it is more dense than stockinette, however exact gauge is not crucial for this scarf!
The final size of the scarf (using all yarn) is 20 x 220 cm (8 x 86”).
