Yardage breakdown: 150 yards of color 1 (teal in sample)
235 yards of color 2 (gold in sample)
305 yards of color 3 (red in sample)
305 yards of a coordinating color (speckled in sample)
Sample was knit in Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light (single-ply superwash merino fingering) in Cousteau, Candlewick, Robin Red Breast, and Murakami
US 4/3.5mm needle or size needed for a nice fabric in the pattern stitch (you may need more yardage if your gauge is looser – fewer stitches per inch - than the gauge given above)
Needles one size smaller for working knitted-on border
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Blocking supplies
