Breathless DK is one of my favorite go-to yarns, so when Kristi mentioned that had a bulky version of it in the works, I was already sold. It’s just as soft and lightweight as the DK, but big and round and oh-so cozy, so a cowl had to be knit.

This is a quick and easy pattern, designed to showcase the luxurious feel of the fiber. Subtle variegations in the color are beautiful in these long symmetrical cables. It’s super easy too, so it’s perfect TV knitting, and you’ll be done in no time.

I knit mine with 2 skeins for a mid-chest length, but it can be made longer or shorter, depending on yarn quantity. And you can easily widen it for extra cushiness. Instructions for altering length or width are included in the pattern.

You can find Cush at many of the local yarn shops that carry Shalimar yarns!
