I love winter. I was born and raised in Wisconsin after all. There are people, however, for whom winter ushers in a serious case of the doldrums. The greyness, the cold, those utilitarian boots. These socks, knit in bright red wool, were designed to snap you out of your funk by channeling the lively spirit of Spanish dancers right to your feet. The cables elongate gradually down the leg, echoing the lines of flamenco dancers. They are made of worsted weight yarn, so they will keep your tootsies toasty in those boots.
