YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ CHARTS for this design. The written part is minimal, the chart is the key.

Gauge is not critical for this design. Finished blocking size will be slightly different if you don’t get my exact gauge

Yes, 4 sizes of needles are needed as the center is a tighter knit while the other circles are looser and lighter and allow for fewer increases. All part of the design.

This design is knit in one piece, from the 8st co center to the 280st-bind off. You could of course make this in all one color (requiring approx 360 yards of sport-weight wool).

This would also be lovely in a sport-weight cotton!

Dale’s Falk was used for the sample -- a washable wool that comes in lovely shades (and now is even in neon!). I used approximately 1 skein for each panel … so if you want to make the design bigger, you can estimate yardage needs based on mine.
