Inspired by getting into spirit to support the underdog USA team in the 2011 Rugby World Cup. However, these mitts can be used for virtually any reason, from random patriotism to Flag Day, Veterans Day, Fourth of July, and during the Olympics. The mitts are worked solely in the round, using stranding / fair isle technique for the colourwork. The mitts are identical rather than specific for left and right hands. Includes a thumb.
