The Sundae hat was the Biscotte & Cie club pattern for November 2010, designed for the most gorgeously lush cashmere blend yarn you can imagine!

Pattern details:

Stacked cables give the impression of ice cream scoops on this unisex watchcap. The hat is designed to fit snugly and cover just half the ear, so as not to be pushed out of place by a thick scarf or high collar; if a longer hat is desired, add 2 repeats of Round 1 ribbing for every quarter-inch in length you wish to add. Sample shown was knit in Medium.

You will need a stitch marker and cable needle to complete this hat; knit longer, size L can still be completed comfortably within the 185 yards of this yarn.

Sizing:
The ribbed structure means the finished hat will stretch 4-5” wider than the measurements given.
Small (Medium; Large): 16” around, 7.25” long (17” around, 7.25” long; 18” around, 7.5” long).
