The koala is knit from 50g of worsted weight yarn in grey and white, on size 6 (4mm) needles. You can use a bit of white eyelash yarn to give him fuzzy ears. His shorts are knit from 15g of sport weight yarn on size 2 (2.75mm) needles. They look great if knit from variegated or self-striping yarn.
