The design has ribbed neck, bottom and cuff edges, moss stitch front edges and buttonholes worked into one of the moss stitch edges. It is worked in stocking stitch. The pattern has no seams. It is raglan style, knitted in one piece from the neck down. The sleeves are knitted in the round from saved stitches which are stored on safety pins.

It can be knitted in one colour only or the optional fair-isle hearts pattern I designed, which requires 2 additional colours.

The pattern requires a 1.5 mm circular knitting needle and 4 x 1.5 mm cable needles. 5 tiny buttons are required.

This was designed to fit 8 inch Heather Maciak dolls.
