Sweet headband for sweet little girls. Five sizes to fit most, newborn to average 36 months old (13.5-19” head circumference). These are so quick to make, you can make one to match every outfit!

SIZING: If you are unsure of the size to make, go up a size. The ribbon allows some wiggle room as you can tie the ribbon tighter if the band is too loose. Adjust the ribbon as baby grows.

Extra Small fits approximate 13½-15” head circumference

Small fits approximate 14½-16” head circumference
(average 3 months)

Medium fits approximate 15½”-17” head circumference
(average 6 months)

Large fits approximate 16½-18” head circumference

GAUGE: 4 sc = 1” Stitch count gauge is very important to assure proper sizing. To confirm gauge, make a gauge swatch of 25 sc for 6 rows. Row gauge is not important.

Worsted/light worsted weight yarn (medium 4). Approximately 40yds/36m Samples used Knit Picks Comfy Worsted and TLC Cotton Plus
Ribbon 5/8”wide, approximately 3½ feet
H (5.0 mm) hook or size needed to obtain gauge
Stitch marker and yarn needle
