This elegant shawl/wrap is much simpler to make than you might think. It’s all garter stitich with a one row variant.

I’m really intrigued by stash buster projects. This is great for those short ends that collect---you only need 27 yards of each CC.

I used various colors of Cascade 220, Lambs Pride Worsted, some heavier unspun Icelandic type wools that suited the project. You may choose to double lighter weight yarn or judiciously use a metallic or novelty yarn. There’s certainly no need to plan the various secondary colors and you may even find it interesting to knit one of these with a friend and share from each of the other’s stash and/or collection of ends.

It’s a quick knit that makes a great gift.
