’Talvel’ is the perfect wintertime project. This cowl is a cozy and quick knit!

This cowl was inspired by some of the wonderful people that I have the pleasure to care for at work. For that reason, $2 from every pattern sale will go to benefit my local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Materials

Yarn : 2 skeins of Of Grace And Stitches ‘JB’s Bulky’, Malabrigo Mecha, or at least 220 yards of bulky weight yarn.
Needles : Size 9, 16 inch circular needle, or size to obtain gauge
Notions : cable needle, stitch markers in two different colors, darning needle

Notes

The gauge for this pattern is with the swatch lightly blocked. And speaking of blocking, you can choose to either block your cowl to let the stitch pattern fully bloom, or not - and have a closer fitting garment.
