This shoulder cozy – not quite a poncho – is an easy but interesting knit. The oversize lace pattern gives the simple funnel shape some interest and still is cozy enough to keep you warm. Perfect for office wear when you are sitting and typing for long periods or for any slightly cooler work environment when you need to keep your hands and arms free.

The cozy is knit from the top down and the simple funnel is shaped by a combination of increase rounds and changing needle sizes.

It fits just about every body type depending on how it is worn, pulled down over the shoulders or layered around the neck. Two size options are offered. Sample shown was knit in size small/medium.

Materials: 400m, 500m worsted or aran weight yarn. Sample was knit with Noro Haunui. 5.00mm US#8, 5.5mm US#9 and 6.0mm US#10 24 in circs, markers and the usual notions.
