I’ve always loved this little clover design. When my girls were wee, I used this clover design on all of their socks. I haven’t used it in a while, but it immediately popped into my head when I began to design this series of cowls. I have updated my original use of it with a terraced or stepped movement around the cowl. Paired with Spunky Eclectic “Caress” yarn, this cowl becomes a little bit of luxury for your neck.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 22 inches (56cm) in circumference and 8 inches (20cm) tall.
MATERIALS: 1 Skein Spunky Eclectic Caress (50% Merino, 50% Silk, 210 yds). Sample knit in “Steel Men” color way.
NEEDLES: US 3/3.25mm- use a circular that is 16-18 inches or one that is 40 inches or longer if you wish to work in magic loop technique
GAUGE: 24 sts/36 rows per 4 inches in stockinette

SPINNERS!
You can use other grists of yarn but if you want to match this one then your final yarn needs to have a WPI of 18
