Sometimes you want to knit a hat with yarn lighter than worsted weight, so I came up with my “Textured Striped Beret,” which is knit with DK/light weight baby yarn. If you can knit in-the-round on circular and double pointed needles, you’ll find this an easy knit.

The hat is knit in one size that will fit older children and adults. I made the circumference wide enough to fit loosely, allowing the wearer to fold it over to create a slouch hat or beret.

As with all my designs, if you have any questions as you work up the design, please contact me at the Email address given on the pattern. I want you to have fun and end up with a great result.
