These jellyfish mittens happened when I was working on a colourwork design with some swirls and swatch after swatch looked like a jellyfish. Eventually I gave up and decided to knit one up.

With this pattern I wanted to share my charts and notes.This means that this is not a detailed pattern: it includes stitch counts, a suggestion for a cuff with a rolled edging and charts with an afterthought thumb. If you are inexperienced with mittens, note that these are not detailed instructions.

Yardage is shown as total for both colours: you will need about 140 metres of each. The sample mittens used 40 grams of each colour, 80 grams total.
