This pattern was originally designed for the New Beginnings ebook and it was dedicated to wonderful friend, designer and yarn dyer Elena Nodel, who passed away on June 13, 2017.


The colour of hope Shawl is knit from the botom up with simple lace details and border.

NOTE: The pattern is written for fingering weight, merino yarn, but size and yarn requirements can be easily customize by using different yarn weights, needle sizes, gauge and number of stitches.
You can create small or large shawl in fingering or some other weight of yarn, all depends on your needs.

Gauge:
20 stitches x 28 rows = 10 cm / 4” in Stockinette Stitch
