To make the most of a single skein of fabulous fringed yarn, I’ve designed a simple crochet base in plain yarn to provide a hidden base that allows the fabulous fringe to come into its own. The Fringe can be worn in many different styles and I’ve shown a couple of suggestions in the pattern photos and diagrams.

The cowl is easy to work as it only uses chain, double crochet and treble (British crochet terms are used). You only need to work with the fancy on the last round.

Any DK or worsted weight yarn can be used in place of the Clecheaton and other weights could easily be used as well with some adjustment.

The pattern include photo tutorial to show you how to apply the Kiss Kiss or Go Go Loopy with basic stitches.
