//The Gift Hat//
This is the year of gifting differently, of giving something with meaningful intent and purpose. This hat is filled with good intentions and has a purpose. While I have been knitting versions of this hat over the last few years, intending to keep the hat for myself, I always found that someone else needed it more. So, to me, it is The Gift Hat. A warm, wool hat is always welcome in the cold weather. Now I see a chance for this hat and its pattern to do more than keep one person warm.
