A textured, cabled tam, sure to become a fall wardrobe staple! Three cable panels alternate with blocks of trinity stitch to create a tripod-shaping.

Finished Size 20” circumference at brim, 30” circumference at widest point.

Yarn Tahki Yarns Tara Tweed (80% wool, 20% nylon; 1 122 yd 112 m/1¾ oz 50 g): #013 rosewood, 2 balls. Yarn distributed by Tahki-Stacy Charles Inc.

Needles Brim-size 3 (3.25 mm): 16” circular (cir). Body-size 5 (3.75 mm): 24” cir and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.

Gauge 17 sts and 30 rnds = 4” in Trinity St on larger needle; 30 sts of Cable chart = 5¼“ wide.
