Tommy is a cuddly toucan with a colourful beak. The pattern incorporates short row shaping (wraps and turns) and i-cord for the toes. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the toucan is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair each of 3.5mm single pointed knitting needles and DPNs (US 4)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; less than 50g in each colour

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, and buttons for eyes.

SIZES
One size only - 18cm tall (sitting).

TECHNIQUES
