Designed to go with the Triplicate cowl, this pattern revolves around the number three. There are three plain rows of stockinette stitch at the beginning and end of the pattern. There are three cables in each pattern repeat. The whole pattern is repeated three times to get a finished mitt. Between cable rows, there are three rows of knit/purl stitches. All of this “three-ness” results in an easy-to-remember pattern, and together with the chunkiness of the yarn, these mitts knit up quickly and enjoyably
