This simple tuck stitch hat knitting pattern is for Women and children and to be done on a mid-gauge flat bed knitting machine. It has pictures for each step and it brightly color coded so its fairly easy to follow. The instructions are written out in simple English, no symbols. If you still happen to find following this pattern difficult then feel free to contact me with inquiries. The ribbing gauge is bigger than the tuck gauge. The ribbing is 6.5 rows and 3 stitches per inch.

NOTE: The women’s hat will come out to 17.5” in circumference and will stretch to fit a 22” head.

The child’s hat will come out to 15” in circumference and will stretch to fit a 20” head.

If you feel these sizes are too tight just do and additional tuck stitch repeat in the pattern. I made them snug because they are to be warm nut just fashionable.

You may make and sell as many of these as you like, All I ask is that you DO NOT resell this pattern as your own, or redistribute it an any way. This is my own pattern I wrote and would appreciate if people respected that, otherwise enjoy :).
