From the designer:

These socks remind me of waterfalls and rainbows, which is exactly what you find at beautiful Wailua Falls on the Hawaiian island of Kauai. A peaked picot cuff and eye-of-partridge heel aim to make the most of this amazingly colorful yarn.
Note: this stitch pattern is very stretchy, so you may want to go a size smaller than you normally would. The pattern > also pulls in quite a bit, so the cuff will seem much larger > than normal until you have worked several inches.

Sizes by instep circumference: 7”, 8”, 9”

Instructions are written out as well as in charts for each size.
Lace pattern continues down the instep.
