This romper is raglan styled and is knit in a top down fashion, starting with the neck the body is knit first, then the gusset is seamed together and the legs are knit sequentially or via the magic loop method. The sleeves are knit in the round. The button band down the chest is extra long for ease of use. The collar is added last. The patter provides modifications and suggestions and is perfect for all times of year as it can be knit with short or long sleeves, and with a short or long inseam depending on the season.
The leaf pattern is worked in-line with the rest of the romper and is repeated until the gusset section is reached.
