Winterlace is a fitted pullover in chunky lace -- a perfect layer for three seasons. The pattern stitch, a simple combination of rib and lace, is rarely seen but easy and fun to knit. You will find it useful for many other types of project.

The body is drop-shoulder, close-fit, with a funnel neck and handwarmer sleeves. Construction is with individual panels sewn together. This design was done with many beautiful bulky Artfibers yarns in mind, including Patois, Zoftig, Pacino, Amalia, Kyoto, Satori, Bambusa, and even a few with unusual textures like Cellini, Bistro and Bhutan.
