WonderWood is a crescent shaped shawl with center increases, lace on the border, optional garter or stockinette body and tasseIs on the tips.
I love the yarn combination in this Wonderland Yarns Kit. After blocking, the Mad Hatter is so soft and cozy around the neck in a chilly breeze, while the Unicorn adds lustre and sparkle that reminded me of fireflies and floating, fluffy seeds catching the sunrays. The teal greens of Colourway #6 are literally screaming for blossoms and foliage. This is how the WonderWood Shawl took shape in my mind, inspired by those deep, mysterious forests with their clearings, sounds, smells, and fireflies.

Tested and tech edited, WonderWood provides written insructions and charts for a garter stitch and a stockinette body version (If you work a true crescent, please use the chart of the garter version for your border.), a schematic, and three suggestions for beading on the border (charted only).
For measurements please see the last picture (teal garter stitch sample, light brown stockinette sample).
