Knit your way through the seasons with the Woodland Winter Mitts! These stranded colorwork mitts are sure to keep your hands toasty warm as you knit a pair for every month between October and March. The scene on each pair of mitts shows of the transitions of winter, starting with falling leaves, then grazing elk, Northern lights, snowflakes, snow birds, and finally a sprouting seed. Each mitten has a different picture on each hand, which creates a larger scene when you hold your hands together. Choose from the original kit or try the updated, bright color palette.

You will need US 1 (2.5mm) 32” or longer circulars for Magic Loop or DPNs, or size to obtain gauge, needles one size smaller than those used to obtain gauge, yarn needle, spare DPNs, stitch markers.

Finished measurements: Women’s S/M (M/L); 8” hand circumference.
